Birth Prep
There are so many decisions to make regarding your pregnancy, labor, and birth of your baby. This one-on-one session, whether done virtually or in-person, will help guide you through the myriad of choices so you can be well informed and prepared.
Private 1:1 Session
Have questions and need some direction? Need to work through some obstacles getting in the way of your birth dreams? Perhaps you need to talk through past birth experiences. You can book a private 1:1 session with me to help you move toward your preferred birth experience. This is a virtual service only.
Doula Support
Having someone protecting your space, whether you’re giving birth at home or in a hospital, supports positive birth outcomes. This service can be virtual or in-person. Doula support helps reduce the risk of Cesarean by 39% and a 15% increase of having a spontaneous vaginal birth.

WHAT IS A BIRTH DOULA?
A doula is a non-medical birth professional who will nurture and support you during pregnancy and labor. A doula offers physical support, emotional support, advocacy, labor support, offers information, as well as spiritual support through prayer.
A doula does not perform clinical tasks, does not give medical advice, will not make medical decisions for you, will not catch the baby, and doesn’t replace the role of your husband.
